Connell Barrett with Boo Weekley

So if you (or better yet, your Mr. Moneybags boss) can spare the cash for a great cause, you might just get your own Tour-caddie nickname. (Boo dubbed me "Redbone," to match my ginger locks). And while we didn't get it on video, here's my favorite exchange, which came shortly after Boo talked fishing and hunting with some fans.Boo: "I love the people. They pay my salary. You know, I don't think of people as strangers. I think of 'em as friends I ain't met yet. I consider you a friend."Me: "Really?"Boo: "Yup."Me: "Then can I borrow some money?"Boo: "No."Me: "Why not?"Boo: "I forgot my check book."Some friend.

Steve Hartnett & Stephen Bean with Jack Nicklaus

"What an incredible experience. Way beyond my wildest expectations. Caddy For A Cure is such a terrific organization, great job Colleen and Russ Holden. I am so fortunate that my dear friend Steve Hartnett brought me this opportunity. Along with Steve we got to caddy for Jack Nicklaus, yes that "Jack"! Jack is the real deal! Still an amazing golfer, but what a family man, what a gentleman, what a great "guy" he was to Steve and I...what an honor this experience was for me!!!"

Eileen Young and Robert Allenby

'It was a one of a kind day and one of the best rounds of my career - ha!I'm still glowing and occasionally chuckling to myself about several of the things that happened throughout the course of a fabulous day in Florida. I have all new respect for Caddies.... there's a lot to do and keep track of... Allenby still works in meters so it's an extra job for his Caddy who was there to help both of us... I didn't dare try. I was having too much fun listening, watching, learning and laughing... and I hope to do it again! But the best part of the day was getting to meet Christian Collins, the reason these wonderful experiences are offered. You can't hear it too often - he is simply an amazing and inspirational kid.If you love golf you simply HAVE to CaddyforaCure!'

Thanks so much for everything......those pics are awesome. We had a great time and I think he's back to normal now. He's really proud of himself for carrying the bag all day! Hopefully we'll be able to get our freinds to take part in a day soon. We really appreciate the opportunity and your hospitality.....and knowing it was all for a good cause was the best part. Take care and talk to you again soon.

One of the greatest days of my golf life for sure....

Gerry and Mark Malzahn with Mark Wilson

What a great experience! We have not stopped talking about the Caddy For A Cure at the John Deere Classic and it will be the topic of conversation for years to come. We cannot thank you enough for putting on this event and for taking such good care of us. From the dinner the night before to the great breakfast sandwiches on Wednesday, not to mention all the great stories. We could not have had a better time. We are thankful we were able to support your charities and fulfill a father and son's dream at the same time. Gerry and Mark had so much fun and learned so much from Chris and Mark. We will never watch another tournament without watching what the caddie is doing.

Steve Soper with Zach Johnson

I could not have had a better time. Zach and Damon were over the top cool and this was indeed the golf experience of a lifetime.

Steve and Jameson Lobb with Paul Casey

I have to admit I would have been nervous had I been caddying for a player I didn’t know. But it was easy with Paul. And with Christian there, I was safe from making any big mistakes.I’ve known Paul for 10 years. We’re members at the same club in England, when I worked there as a banker. Caddy for a Cure is a great charity, Paul’s my buddy, it’s the Canadian Open and the best thing of all is I had my son, Jameson, with me. You can’t get it any better than that, can you? . What happened as a caddie was the different perspective I got watching Paul’s strategy. When you watch a really good pro tackle a course, you learn a ton. As we talked through every shot today, it taught me a lot about how to play this course and the experience will probably make me a better player. It might have even made me a better caddie, even though I have no designs on quitting my day job. I did learn that the bag is heavy, and when you don’t have to carry it, you don’t carry it. You put it down when you can.I also got a quick lesson on bunker protocol. On the 14th hole, Paul stood and watched to see if I could actually rake the sand properly. Christian passed me on the raking, but Paul failed me. He said I left a footprint, and I have to admit it’s true. It’s great that Russ has organized Caddy for a Cure with players like Paul supporting it. My whole day was about the cause, and I’m so glad I could be a part of this. Caddy for a Cure is obviously a great charity, and because it involves helping children, it’s fantastic.

Jacob Forsythe with Padraig Harrington

Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to caddy for Padraig Harrington at the Bridgestone Invitational. I had a blast and it was awesome to watch the best golfers in the world play at such a beautiful golf course. Padraig is a really cool guy and I learned a lot from talking with him and watching him play. Also, thank you for taking all the awesome pictures. I watched the slide show you made and put a lot of the pictures on facebook as well. I was really impressed with how smoothly the day went. You do a phenomenal job running Caddy for a Cure. May God continue to bless you and your wife in your ministry. Thanks again for giving me this opportunity, it was truly an experience of lifetime that I will never forget.
